...Santiago, one of the most famous pilgramage churches in Europe, where they bang their head on the rooms to win the power of the church-sort of how they would learn about the ancient egyptian authors before speech recognition software in 1800!

I'm drawing Santiago in a more complex picture at another angle, the fifth so far of my architectural labors, not counting this, with the chinese temple, the church, the royal castle, and the doge's vista, I had to draw lines with ink to copy this because of rough paper to copy, smooth paper is better for sharp lines, so using big smooth sheets is of worth, then editing on up. I'm also laboring on other drawings in other media while this is in progress. A good method to draw real pictures is to set up the "real" frame with skill wit and ruse (see my How To/Main Image Page See Headings like First, General Editing Line, ect.) to see the rest and remember what it reminds me of and then achieve a more creative sort of real image by using the image drawn from as a sort of launch pad in layers of real then more abstract by memory, then real in cycles. I find that if I draw too much as is it just from sight makes me a bit edgy because for one think I don't know a lot about old world architecture, and too much real is a drudge because it's often complex. This motif is a faster way to draw because it's simpler because it's your own if you are an artist and more of a lift to make regular and abstract. I once saw this cool horse sculptor of the circus and he did the most cool horses! He just knew bits about horses and much about life.
